What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC / refrigeration systems of all sizes.Handle everything from PMs to large-tonnage chillers.Work across multiple system types, brands, and industries.Keep safety first, always.What We’re Looking For
Technicians : 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.Commercial Maintenance Techs : 1–2 years of HVAC experience.EPA Universal Certification (required for tech roles).Skilled troubleshooters who want more than just 'a job.'Tech Levels We Hire For
Chiller Tech – Chillers, DX systems, Aaon, Intellipack, racks, boilers, RTUs, 100+ tonsRefrigeration Tech – RTUs, refrigeration, splits, boilers, 20–100 tonsCommercial Tech 2 – RTUs, splits, PM work, 10–20 tonsCommercial Tech 1 – Splits, PM work, 1–10 tonsCommercial Maintenance Tech – Filters, belts, seasonal start-ups, minor repairsPay Range ????
Technicians : $22 – $56 / hour
Maintenance Techs : $18 – $22 / hour
