Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as lead counsel in insurance litigation, including trials in state and federal courts
• Handle complex matters involving fraud, bad faith, mass-casualty incidents, and large-loss defense
• Develop and execute litigation strategy from pre-suit through appeal
• Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and litigation teams on case planning
• Negotiate settlements and conduct high-level depositions and cross-examinations
• Mentor and train junior associates on litigation skills and best practices
