Administrative Assistant Position

Company : Allure Realty Group

Position Title : Administrative Assistant

Hours : Full-time

Pay : $18.00 / hour

Location Area : Spring Valley

Program : WEX and OJT

We are seeking a dedicated and task-oriented Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our real estate office. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and proficient in various administrative tasks, including the use of Google Docs, social media marketing, and designing flyers in Canva. While Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, they are not required for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in creating and editing documents using Google Docs.
  • Support social media marketing efforts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring accounts.
  • Design and create promotional materials, including flyers, using Canva.
  • Coordinate and assist with office events and meetings as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the front desk.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Qualifications :

  • Organizational and multitasking skills preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Task-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required.
