Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering customer service inquiries. They will handle customer requests with a focus on improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience throughout the organization. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for contributing to the company's success by delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining departmental service level targets.
What You'll Do
- Maintaining departmental service level targets
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Processing orders
- Providing positive customer experience by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor toward customers at all times
- Have basic product knowledge
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and complaints
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues as necessary for a seamless customer experience
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in a Call Center Customer Service roleStrong customer service and active listening skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to prioritize work and manage time effectivelyBasic computer skillsHigh school diplomaA passion for customer advocacyProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteBilingual SpanishPreferred Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish / English) is strongly preferred.The pay range for this role is : 17.00 - 19.00 USD per hour (Michigan)
