Creative Director

What You’ll Contribute

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy aligned with our mission and growth objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary marketing team to deliver high‑performance campaigns.
  • Own brand development, ensure consistency across customer touchpoints, and champion social, economic, environmental, and racial justice.
  • Design and implement digital transformation initiatives including website redesign, social media strategy, and digital advertising.
  • Build the department around KPIs, data‑driven insights, ROI, and performance analytics.
  • Act as trusted advisor to sales leadership and integrate creative assets into sales efforts.

What You’ll Leverage

  • 5+ years of progressive creative and strategic leadership; bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or business.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial self‑starter mentality and proven ability to drive projects to completion.
  • Excellent communicator with confidence, precision, and professionalism.
  • Banking and fintech acumen with ability to translate banking expertise into creative direction.
  • Tech‑forward, analytical thinking; leverage technology, analytics and reporting to refine strategies.
  • Strong organizational and efficiency skills; manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to teamwork, positivity, and inclusion.
