In this role, you'll blend technical precision with creative problem-solving to engineer displays that catch attention and perform flawlessly in stores nationwide.

Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling & CAD Engineering
• Build accurate 3D models and drawings in SolidWorks for POP displays, fixtures, and components.
• Translate creative design concepts into production-ready technical documents.
• Support prototyping, testing, and design refinements.
• Planogram Development
• Create detailed merchandising layouts for in-store product placement.
• Optimize product visibility while meeting retailer standards.
• Instruction Sheet Creation
• Develop clear, step-by-step installation and assembly guides.
• Use SolidWorks for exploded views and Photoshop for labeling and layouts.
• Make complex builds simple and easy for store teams to follow.
• Project Support
• Partner with senior engineers, project managers, and production to keep projects on track.
• Assist with BOM reviews, prototypes, and cross-team testing.
