We are seeking a Noninterventional Cardiologist for a Cardiology group at a tertiary care teaching hospital. The position focuses on general cardiology with an emphasis on coronary cases, in an area with a growing population and access to several major cities. Ideal candidates should be interested in primarily coronary work and enjoy a family-friendly community close to the beach.

Join a Cardiology group in a 461 bed tertiary care teaching hospital. Seeking an Nonstructural Interventional Cardiologist that practices General Cardiology access to Myrtle Beach, Charleston and Charlotte. The majority will be Coronary cases. NO need for someone that wants to do peripheral vascular work.

This is a 461 bed tertiary care level 2 trauma center with a state of the art Heart and Vascular Institute The service area is close to 1.5 million and everything is sent here to our main campus The Cardiology group currently has 10 Cardiologists ( 6 Interventional Cardiologists, 4 noninterventional) Some of the Interventionals do structural heart with a structural heart candidate that will join soon making this 7 Interventional cardiologists then 8 total once we will this position. This would grow the group to 12 Cardiologists Florence, SC is a growing midsized community with a population close to 60,000. Florence is a great location within 1-2 hours of several places (Myrtle Beach, SC is 1 hour; Charleston, SC is 2 hours; Charlotte, NC is 2 hours; Savannah, GA is 2 hours). This is a safe family friendly area close to the beaches of SC! Great public and private school options and great outdoor activities Most important aspect of the position is a candidate interested in primarily Coronary work. Start date would be summer of 2022 for position.
