job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPractice Details Specialty : Electrophysiology EMR system : EPIC Reason for Coverage : Backfill / Bench provider at facility FTE or Shifts per month needed : .5 FTE (opposite a locum already scheduled) Inpatient, Outpatient or both : Both Target start date and Length of need : Exact dates only : September 15-19, September 29 - October 3 October 13-17, 27-31 November 10-14, 24-28 December - ongoing, rotating week on / week off through June 2026 Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (8 hour day with 1 hour lunch); 1 day in office, all other days in hospital / EP Lab Call Schedule and Call Responsibilities : No call Type of patients / cases / procedures required : a fib / flutter ablation, pacemakers, icds, SVT ablations, tilt tables, bi-v devices Patients Per Day / Volume : Office : 19 / day; Hospital : 8-10 per day Available support staff & physician support : EP lab staff, MA and nurse in the office. APPs help with consults, admits discharges. Certifications required (Board Certification / Truly Board Eligible or life support, etc.) : Board Certified - Cardiac Electrophysiology; ACLS, BLS, Active DEA Will you accept licensure candidates (IMLC or standard process)? Yes to IMLC providers : Strongly prefer already licensed but do not want to rule out all who are not Minimum candidate commitment to consider : 1 week per month Hospital Privileging : 45-60 days Miscellaneous Information : PA Child Abuse requirement for license
