Environmental Services Custodial Manager

Sodexo is now hiring our Environmental Services Custodial Manager for the Atlanta Braves Training Camp in Venice, FL. Our professionally polished candidate will work extensively to support Spring Training and then during the holidays, November and December, things slow down considerably. Our leader will ensure all evening events proceed perfectly, with a cohesive team. Bilingual English-Spanish preferred. Experience turning over rooms for high-profile professionals with an emphasis on respecting privacy, ordering supplies and managing equipment are critical to success in the role. For March, the ability to work all shifts throughout Spring Training is required. Valid driver's license with clear background is required.

What You'll Do

• Have the ability to work all shifts throughout Spring Training, light schedule during holidays
• Schedule, supervise, and inspect sanitation
• Monitors special event preparations for flawless execution
• Execute the pristine appearance of assigned buildings through weekly inspections
• Interact professionally with Major League Baseball players, management and staff
• Change over lodging rooms for high-profile athletes maintaining impeccable etiquette and respect for privacy
• Maintain excellent customer service, through written and verbal communication with strong software skills
