This opportunity is perfect for a provider willing to relocate to the area and immerse themselves in a close-knit community near the beautiful Canadian border and just a short drive from Montreal .

Position Details

7 on / 7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts for optimal balance.
Flexible employment options : Choose between W2 or 1099 arrangements.
Support for most H1B visas (J1 visas unfortunately not supported).

Compensation

W2 Option : $327,000 annually with benefits.

1099 Option : $382,000 annually, offering flexibility and independence.
