Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant- Family Practice (Fort Hunter)

Family Practice Rotterdam is looking for a Full-TimeNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. The schedule for this position is : Monday and Thursday - 7 : 00am-5 : 00pm Tuesday and Friday - 7 : 30am-5 : 00pm Off on Wednesday Responsibilities Practice medicine with physician supervision including conducting examinations and writing prescriptions. Collaborate with physicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients. Assess patient status by obtaining health history. Order / perform laboratory diagnostic and other screening tests. Treat illnesses, give injections, suture wounds. Monitor therapies and provide continuity of care. Counsel patient / family on preventive health care. Participate in peer reviews, chart reviews, staff education, clinical guideline development and other continuing education. Compensation : $115,000 - $145,000 Annually CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
