We are seeking a highly motivated F135 Supply Chain Modeling Manager who will collaborate with key Pratt & Whitney (PW) F135 Logistics Program Management (LPM) Supply Chain Management stakeholders. The Analyst will coordinate essential inputs, and manage the data required to model program performance. This individual will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing supply chain forecasting processes through detailed analysis and performance metrics.

This position will provide the selected candidate with the opportunity to contribute within a team towards solving global sustainment inventory optimization challenges, incorporating communication trends and providing insight through data collection and analysis.

What You Will Do

• Regular interactions with internal and external stakeholders to manage inputs to models
• Preparing and presenting modeling outputs, including performance data, to leadership and other key stakeholders
• Manage, develop, and troubleshoot MS Access database systems and dashboards needed to support the F135 Supply Chain network
• Running Monthly, Weekly, and Daily reporting for internal customers
• Developing methods of modeling new emerging issues to align the forecast model with program needs
• Contributing to forecasting by direct modeling, conducting reviews, and project planning
• Leading process improvement CORE initiatives to support continuous improvement across forecasting functions

The salary range for this role is $101,000 - $203,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
