Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach to company-provided leads and set qualified appointments
Leverage CRM and technology to manage lead status and appointment activity
Collaborate with Sales Managers to optimize messaging and meet KPI targets
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Sales or customer experience preferred
1+ year in sales, customer service, call center, or outbound appointment setting preferred
Insurance license preferred, but not required
Proficient computer skills with CRM and MS Office suite preferred
