Overview

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Hampton Roads sales team. This role involves new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to close. You will collaborate with account managers and the sales team to establish and nurture mutually profitable client relationships. The on-target first-year earnings can reach up to $90,000 depending on performance.

Base pay range

$70,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients
• Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and making initial presentations
• Close sales by building rapport, explaining service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts
• Conduct a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week
• Utilize and manage the CRM to maintain all customer information
• Maintain and manage the Hot 25 list in CRM
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating effectively with clients, co-workers, and supervisors
• Other duties as assigned by management

This territory is based in Newport News, VA. Candidates must be able to work within the territory and travel to the Hampton Roads office as needed.
