Description

INNOVIM Defense Services is seeking Model Based Systems Engineers to join our team supporting the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) program at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). INNOVIM supports the development, implementation, sustainment, and operations of enclaves and systems that manage missile defense training, events, analysis, and operations.

We are looking for a skilled Model Based Systems Engineer to :

• Drive culture and adoption of MBSE throughout the organization by promoting the use of MBSE and providing training and support to the team.
• Develop standard work and business operating procedures related to MBSE and system architecture deployment.
• Create formal processes for applying MBSE within the program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams by working closely with various engineering disciplines and departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated system design and digital environment.
• Integrate Model-based Systems Engineering Principles and Requirements into digital environments across the enterprise.
• Develop and manage system architectures, interfaces, and requirements using MBSE tools. This involves creating models using languages like SysML to represent the system's structure, behavior, and various functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Communicate complex engineering technical information to team members of various backgrounds and disciplines.
• Help establish and maintain the Technical Baseline for a Command and Control (C2), and Research, Development, and Test (RDT) Operations Center.
