• Board Certified, OH Licensed Cardiothoracic Surgeon
• Sought to provide 10-14 days call coverage per month at a Level 2 Trauma Center in Western Ohio. -Average Number of Cases Per Day : 1-2 -Trauma Level / Designation : 2 -EPIC EMR
• Scope of Services : Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery, CABG, Redo Coronary Revascularization, Heart Valve Repair / Replacement Surgery
• 60-90 day credentialing timeframe
• Assignment through June 2025 with option to extend
• Requirements include OH License or ability to obtain, BLS / ACLS, Board Certification, and Case Logs showing procedural competency.
