• Work three 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends
• Must start on 1 / 5
• 1 : 4 patient ratio in a 4-bed Progressive Care Unit
• Work alongside 1 nurse and 1 tech per shift
• Use Meditech documentation system
• May float to Med-Surg / Telemetry units as needed
• Required certifications : ACLS and BLS
• Dress code : Black scrubs required
• Must perform bedside reporting and make personal connections with each patient
• Update patient whiteboards each shift
