General Manager(03509) - 136 Woodbury Rd. Status : Full-time Store Category : Store General Manager Overview Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. General Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. The role offers an opportunity to participate in our Management Development Program and potential franchise opportunities for qualified individuals. Responsibilities Lead store operations and manage a high-performing team to ensure excellent customer service and product quality. Operate within the Management Development Program with potential pathway to franchising for eligible managers (must have at least one year of successful store management). Support career growth within the corporation, including roles such as Trainer or Regional Manager. Achieve and maintain performance and profitability targets for the store. Qualifications Valid U.S. employment authorization to work in the United States. 18 years of age or older. Experience in management is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and multitask effectively. Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work at least 5 closing nights per week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday non-negotiable). Ability to train and develop a team and respond to customer concerns. Physical Requirements Standing : Most tasks performed while standing; work surfaces typically 3648 high. Walking : Movement between store areas and delivery vehicle; office paperwork at a desk. Lifting : Handling cases and deliveries up to 50 pounds; stock on shelves up to 72 high. Carrying : Handling items such as cans (up to ~3 lb 7 oz) and occasionally heavier sauce containers (up to 30 lb). Pushing / Pulling : Moving trays on dollies; occasional pulling of trays. Climbing / Crouching / Reaching : Occasional stairs or ladders, bending, crouching, and reaching above 72 for equipment, pricing, or stocking tasks.
