We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Director of Robotics Product Operations to lead our team in developing and delivering world-class robotics products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics, product development, and operations management, with a proven track record of driving innovation, efficiency, and quality.

Senior Director Of Robotics Product Operations Responsibilities

• Leadership : Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and operations professionals to design, develop, and deliver robotics products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Product Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and ensure successful product launches.
• Operations Management : Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, manage supply chain logistics, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance : Establish and maintain quality standards, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions to ensure high-quality products.
• Innovation : Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Strategy : Develop and execute long-term strategies for robotics product operations, aligning with company goals and objectives.
• Budgeting : Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure effective use of resources.
• Communication : Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
