Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Litigation Associate with 3+ years of civil defense experience, particularly in insurance defense, general liability, construction defect, and personal injury . The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing litigation files, handling discovery, and communicating effectively with clients. Deposition or trial experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense litigation files from intake through resolution
• Handle discovery, motion practice, and pre-trial preparation
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and reports
• Communicate regularly with clients, including detailed litigation reporting
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development
• Maintain accurate billing and timekeeping records
• Participate in depositions and hearings (if experienced)
