Position : Certified Lead Pre-K 3 Teacher

Location : Bayonne, NJ(On-site)

Duration : Full time & Direct Hire

Job description :

  • If you love to make others smile, create "a-ha" moments, and develop future leaders... join our team. As a Lead Pre-3 Lead Teacher, you will :
  • Create lesson plans that implement the High Scope Curriculum
  • Teach preschoolers through creative arts, music, and activities that promote large and fine motor development.
  • Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication.
  • Uphold the rules and regulations of governmental regulatory agencies about children's care, health, and safety.
  • Coach and mentor assistant teachers to develop a strong classroom teaching team.
  • Support an engaging work environment by learning, collaborating, and building co-worker relationships.

  • Organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Oral and written communication skills
