We are seeking a leader who can oversee both the engineering and housekeeping teams, ensuring that all building systems operate flawlessly and common areas are maintained to the highest standards. To be successful, you should have :

Higher education or equivalent certifications with 7-10 years of facilities management experience, preferably in high-end residential or hospitality environments.

Solid knowledge of building systems, construction, property operations, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical specifications.

Proven leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated commitment to continued education and professional development.

Solid communication skills, including the ability to write reports, speak effectively to residents, staff, and vendors, and, ideally, proficiency in Spanish.

Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office, security monitoring, and property management software, with willingness to travel as needed.

Your responsibilities as the Facilities Manager will include :

Lead and manage engineering and housekeeping teams to ensure all building systems, common

areas, and amenities are maintained to the highest standards.

Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans, inspections, and special projects to ensure optimal functioning and aesthetic upkeep of all property features.

Respond promptly to residents' maintenance needs, ensuring professional, timely solutions and a consistently positive living experience.

Manage departmental budgets, track operating and reserve accounts, and contribute to tactical and strategic planning as part of the leadership team.

Foster a productive, cooperative work environment, guide staff in systems and procedures, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality service.
