How You Will Succeed

Arrive prepared with your station stocked, garnishes prepped, and all tools in working orderMaintain full knowledge of Cooper’s Hawk food, drink, and wine menus, as well as steps of serviceEnsure opening and mid-shift checklists are completed so the bar is ready for guests from the startUnderstand the Wine Club perks and benefits, and be ready to educate and invite our guests to the largest wine club community in the world.Own what you see : Take responsibility, jump in, and do what needs to be done.
Keep your bar area clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shiftWash and sterilize glassware as needed to prevent delays in serviceStep in to assist with retail, Wine Club, or other team tasks when you notice a needStay in sync : Communicate often, move with your team, and keep service flowing.
Communicate clearly with Servers, Food Runners, Hosts, and the kitchen to ensure orders are accurate and timelyFollow Cooper’s Hawk recipes and portion standards consistentlyComplete closing duties to set the next shift up for successMake it personal : Be genuine, listen well, and tailor the experience .

Must represent Cooper’s Hawk ValuesMinimum of 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferredStrong communication and guest engagement skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentBasic wine knowledge is a plus; willingness to learn is a mustAbility to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shiftAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysCooper’s Hawk reviews several factors when establishing compensation.
