Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of DEI programs and manage event logistics
Assist with administrative tasks including calendar management and budget tracking
Help organize Employee Resource Group activities and track engagement data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields
1-2 years of relevant experience in DEI, event coordination, or administrative support
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
Experience in fast-paced or cross-functional environments
