Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist for an organization located in the Lodi area! This role will provide full-spectrum HR support across recruitment, compliance, benefits, and employee relations. Core duties and responsibilities include :

• Support full-cycle recruiting : posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Administer leave programs (CFRA, FMLA, ADA) and manage employee accommodations.
• Ensure compliance with California labor laws, HR policies, and recordkeeping requirements.
• Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Assis with HR reporting, data maintenance, and audits.
• Provide ongoing HRIS and administrative support.

Compensation :

The salary range for this position is from $70K to $80K, depending on experience.
