Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a In House Recruiter to join their team. As a In House Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment and staffing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title : In House Recruiter Location : Andover, MA Pay Range : $20 - $25 Hourly Shift : Mon-Fri / 8am-5pm What's the Job? Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using innovative sourcing techniques. Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand. What's Needed? 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or multi-disciplinary environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience with ATS systems and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Passion for connecting talent with meaningful opportunities. What's in it for me?
