Lead Quality Inspector - CMM

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Quality Inspector - CMM position include :

• 4+ years of experience in precision dimensional inspection within a CNC / machine shop environment
• Proficient with CMMs (ZEISS Calypso or similar) and hand inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, etc.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on high-tolerance machined parts
• Document inspection results accurately and support the creation of FAIRs (AS9102)
• Maintain calibration control of inspection tools and gauges
• Collaborate with machinists and programmers to prevent quality issues
• Experience with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems is preferred

Salary : $22.56 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
