Our client, Thrasher Partners, is looking to add a Regional Controller to their growing team.

Thrasher Partners, alongside Supportworks and Thrasher Group, is comprised of several contractors across the U.S. dedicated to redefining the foundation and concrete repair industry.  In this pivotal role, the Regional Controller will help to lead the HR and Accounting functions of three different dealers within the Central Region.

While overseeing these areas, you will work to provide accuracy and compliance across those areas of the business while driving efficiency and process improvement.   What Thrasher Partners Will Provide You :

What You Will Do as a Regional Controller :

  • Oversee the Central Region's HR and Accounting functions (for three different dealers within the network).
  • Provide accurate, responsive analysis and reporting of financial information.
  • Focus on driving efficiency and process improvement for the HR and Accounting functions for your region.

    • Assist in the month-end closing process for the Central Region.  Utilize tools such as improveit360, QuickBooks and payroll processing platforms.  What We're Looking for in the Ideal Candidate :

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and / or finance in a leadership role.  Bachelor's degree is preferred CPA is preferred, but not required.  A strong communicator.  The ability to travel 1-2 times per month.  At Thrasher Partners, we understand the significance of robust foundations.
