Job Description

Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines. Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets established standards. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns. Ensure efficient use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Enforce compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
