This role oversees IT operations, supports business technology needs, and drives the optimization of IT solutions. With a focus on operational execution, service delivery, and technology improvements, the Senior Manager of IT provides strategic leadership to enhance overall IT performance.

You have experience working in a matrix environment, ensuring seamless coordination across global IT teams

You will have proven expertise in IT operations, infrastructure management, system administration, and enterprise applications

You will have a strong focus on proactive system monitoring, availability reporting, IT governance, and security best practices

You will have the ability to manage change, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic leadership

You will need experience in project management, vendor negotiations, and IT budget planning to optimize resources

You possess strong analytical skills, continuous improvement mindset, and excellent communication for effective stakeholder management
