Position Overview

The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment within our construction projects. This role is crucial for complying with local regulations and maintaining the safety of all personnel involved in infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and risks on construction sites.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices and emergency procedures.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to promote a culture of safety on all job sites.
