Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced CT Technologist for weekend day shifts at a Level 1 trauma teaching hospital, requiring ARRT (CT) and a minimum of 4 years of CT experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position based in a large teaching hospital with Level 1 trauma designation, chest pain and stroke center
  • Department serves inpatients, outpatients, and emergency room patients with an average daily census of 100
  • Utilizes GE scanners, Philips PACS, and EPIC EMR system
  • 12-hour day shifts, Saturday to Monday from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM
  • No call or weekend rotation required
  • No floating required
  • 13-week contract with holidays that fall within the contract worked
  • Responsibilities include performing CT scans for a diverse inpatient, outpatient, and emergency patient population
  • Department culture is inclusive
  • Scrub color is black
  • Orientation includes facility onboarding and one day of department-specific training
  • Paid parking is available for a fee
  • Holiday coverage is expected for holidays that occur during the contract
  • RTO requests require manager approval

  • ARRT (CT) and BLS certifications required
  • Minimum of 4 years of CT experience necessary
  • IV start skills required
  • Experience using GE scanners, Philips PACS, and EPIC EMR preferred
  • First-time travelers will not be considered
  • License required if applicable
