We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Syracuse, New York. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to ensure seamless operation across desktop, server, and network systems. You will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure while delivering top-notch service to users.
Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain desktop systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Oversee server and network operations, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary solutions.
- Manage and resolve support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely communication with users.
- Utilize desktop imaging tools to deploy and maintain workstations efficiently.
- Ensure proper functionality of desktop hardware and software, including Windows 10 systems.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to IT services.
- Offer guidance and training to users on Office 365 products and other applications.
- Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and solutions for future reference.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop, server, and network administration.
- Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, imaging, and Windows 10 operating systems.
- Solid understanding of server and network administration practices.
- Effective communication skills to interact with users and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
