Job Type : Full-Time

Pay : $21 - $24 an hour

AS AN ENROLLMENT ADVISOR YOU WILL :

  • Engage in presentations, networking opportunities, online outreach, events, and personal marketing efforts
  • Systematically capture, organize, and manage leads using a computer-based CRM system
  • Follow up and nurture leads through phone calls, emails, social media interactions, and events
  • Conduct energetic and effective campus tours as well as screening interviews with prospective students
  • Leverage social media channels and online marketing tools to attract and connect with future students
  • Ensure all application paperwork and admissions requirements are completed accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with the Financial Aid Team to help applicants explore and secure financing options
  • Provide career advising and motivational support to prospective, current, and graduating students

    • MUST-HAVES FOR THIS RECRUITING AND SALES POSITION :

  • A proven consultative sales approach with a passion for mentoring and guiding others
  • 2+ years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or business-to-consumer sales (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A proactive, upbeat, and professional attitude
