Overview
Akkodis, Inc. is seeking a NetSuite Administrator for an onsite role with a great local company. The role is located in a suburb of Cleveland, OH and offers a potential temp-to-hire opportunity. The NetSuite Admin will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's new Oracle NetSuite Finance system.
Salary Range : $50-60 per hour; salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

NetSuite Admin Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for use of Oracle NetSuite.
- Respond to end-users' requests for technical assistance and provide ongoing support to promote adoption.
- Develop, oversee, optimize, and administer workflows, custom fields, scripts, forms, saved searches, dashboards, and reports to increase efficiency and data visibility.
- Support data imports / exports and integrations with other JFC systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with NetSuite support as needed.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts, ensuring business continuity.
- Partner with finance to identify opportunities for system and process improvement and serve as the liaison to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-level issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configuration, processes, and procedures.
- Develop training materials and provide ongoing end-user training and support to ensure proper system usage.
- Provide support for other software applications used in the organization as required.
Qualifications
Deep understanding of Oracle NetSuite software system modules, architecture, roles, workflows, functionality, processes, and customization capabilities.Ability to build reports, create user roles, and other NetSuite configurations.Understanding of core finance and accounting processes.Knowledge of data management, integrations, and ERP best practices.Proven ability and proficiency in NetSuite configurations including workflows, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, and SuiteScript preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system functionality.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize and engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously while consistently meeting tight deadlines.High attention to detail, follow-up, self-motivation, proactive, and solution-minded.If you are interested in this NetSuite Administrator job in Cleveland, OH, please click APPLY NOW.
