Inside Sales Representative – Entry Level (Part-Time to Full-Time Growth)

Are you a motivated, tech-savvy individual who enjoys talking with people and building relationships? Depureco Industrial Vacuum Corp., a global leader in industrial equipment and vacuum solutions, is looking for a Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Kyle, TX office.

This is a part-time role for the first 3 months, with the possibility to transition into a full-time position based on performance. Along with a solid base, we offer a very attractive commission plan based on your sales performance—so your success directly boosts your earnings.

As a tech-oriented business, we focus on CRM (HubSpot & Salesforce), web marketing, and AI applied to lead generation. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn modern B2B sales models, inside sales best practices, and digital marketing strategies while growing with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and qualify  incoming sales leads  via phone, email, and CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce).
  • Conduct  outbound calling  to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Research, identify, and generate new  B2B sales leads .
  • Manage CRM (HubSpot) to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and outstanding service.
  • Identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance  lead generation efforts .
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients when needed.
  • Support the sales team with reporting, pipeline management, and follow-up activities.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with people.
  • Technical studies / background preferred (not required).
  • Excellent computer and digital skills (CRM experience in HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus).
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow in sales and marketing.
