Our prestigious law firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the legal industry, with a strong emphasis on litigation. Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Manage a diverse caseload of products liability, general negligence, and other litigation matters.
• Draft, review, and file various legal pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct extensive legal research to support case preparation and litigation strategy.
• Represent clients in court, before governmental agencies, or in private legal matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judicial officers, and team members.
• Defend and take depositions, including preparation of witnesses.
• Advocate for clients and negotiate settlements when appropriate.
• Provide legal advice to clients and advise on legal rights and obligations.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
