As a Water Resource Engineer in our Nashville, TN office, you'll lead and contribute to a wide range of projects-from stormwater management and environmental permitting to MS4 compliance, watershed planning, and municipal engineering. You'll also work alongside a multidisciplinary team of passionate experts, delivering innovative solutions tailored to our clients' needs, all while supporting a shared vision for balanced growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead environmental planning and permitting efforts for complex transportation and infrastructure projects, ensuring integration of water resource considerations;

• Interpret and apply local, state, and federal environmental regulations to ensure compliance throughout project lifecycles;
• Advise and support municipalities in the development and implementation of environmental policies, technical standards, design manuals, and procedural guidelines;
• Oversee quality assurance and control for technical deliverables, including engineering reports, permit applications, and design documentation;
• Develop and manage scopes of services, budgets, invoicing, and financial forecasting for water resource and environmental projects;
• Provide technical mentorship, training, and performance oversight for junior and mid-level engineering staff;
• Lead client engagement and business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, relationship management, and strategic growth planning
