Overview
An established and growing North American organization is seeking a Business Systems Support Specialist to oversee the day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of its core business systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of ERP, CRM, HRIS, and BI platforms while supporting business growth and compliance across multiple regions.
About the Role
In this role, you will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of enterprise systems. You'll take ownership of system support and contribute to strategic projects that enhance business efficiency and integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the existing Microsoft Great Plains (ERP) system and any future ERP platforms to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and security.
- Provide daily support for key business applications including Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing (CRM), Azure Data Warehouse (EDW), HRIS, and Power BI.
- Support the implementation of new enterprise systems and the expansion of existing capabilities.
- Create and maintain user documentation and deliver training to improve system knowledge and adoption.
- Partner with stakeholders to align system functionality with operational objectives and business goals.
- Provide subject matter expertise for business system initiatives, including requirements gathering, planning, and deployment.
- Contribute to testing, monitoring, and disaster recovery planning for critical systems.
- Collaborate with global IT colleagues to share knowledge and align best practices.
- Follow and enhance change management processes to minimize operational disruption.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external audit requirements.
- Maintain vendor relationships to ensure strong service delivery and system uptime.
- Identify and propose opportunities for process automation and system improvement.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.5 years of experience in a technology support or systems administration role.Proven experience with Microsoft Great Plains (ERP) administration.Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise platforms preferred.Background supporting integrations, data quality, and reporting (e.g., Power BI, Azure).Understanding of supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing processes is a plus.Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.Effective time management and communication skills.Professional discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.What's on Offer
