Overview We’re a design studio in San Diego, California, looking for a full time on-site mid-level designer.

Ideally you love creative freedom, pushing boundaries, building your skill set, and working with industry-leading, purpose-driven brands. Hopefully you also like dogs and working within walking distance of the best tacos of your life.

What we need We’re looking for a designer who loves brand ID & packaging and likes to wear a lot of hats.

You have strong conceptual skills

You have efficient technical skills (particularly InDesign)

You have a working knowledge of print production

Again, you’re going to wear a lot of hats. We all do high-level conceptual work as well as some tedious tasks from time to time. No one is too big or too small to be part of the team.

We want to be transparent that sometimes we have deadlines that are tight and sometimes we need you to be able to handle the kind of stress that comes with that. We work hard to make sure timelines are realistic, but sometimes you can’t help what has to be done.
