HomeWell Care Services FL263 is looking for a dedicated Contract Sales Consultant to help us expand our reach and sign new client contracts as part of our continued growth across the Hillsborough County.

Drive contract signings that directly impact our agency’s expansion

What We Offer

Full autonomy and flexible scheduling—remote or in-person

Commission-only structure tied to signed contracts (no cap)

Pay Type : Commission Only Pay Range : $0 – $65,000 / year

Commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. Average earnings range from $35,000–$65,000 / year, while top performers may earn $100,000+ / year. No base salary. Commission paid on closed contracts and client acquisitions.

3–5 years in healthcare sales, home care marketing, or service-sector outreach

Qualifications :

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field

Compensation : $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
