Job Description

Job Details : Job Summary :

This position is responsible for working with cross functional teams in the planning execution and analysis of sales operations. This role is responsible for analyzing customer orders, inventory position, bird flow and utilization to create a daily production make sheet.  The make must be efficient and use all the pieces available while giving exceptional customer service. This position is the liaison between the control room and Fulfillment and requires excellent communication to make sure the make is executed each day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Daily Make Setup
  • Send out communications on items that need verification
  • Create Inventory Plan for older products, freezer (universal and storage trailer) , employee sales and donations.
  • Update daily Make as needed
  • Review Priorities and update in a timely fashion
  • Review overall make and watch for possible discrepancies (overruns, rework etc.)
  • Periodically check reports to make sure there are no discrepancies
  • Make sure birds numbers are accurate
  • Review ads for the week
  • Weekly update on where we may have trouble spots
  • Order Entry
  • Maintain adequate order entry for back-up purposes
  • Review Make with Customer Service / Production Manager

Job Requirements :

Education and / or Experience :

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred. 1-3 Years experience in logistics, forecasting and / or modeling preferred.

Other Qualifications

Microsoft Office Proficient – especially Excel High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to communicate positively and effectively Ability to prioritize and use time management skills Self-motivated and ability to embrace change Proficient in 10-key and data entry.
