A growing construction subsidiary supporting multiple commercial projects is seeking a Project Manager. This role involves overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular site checks to monitor progress.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders.
Select and manage subcontractors, delegating responsibilities.
Address project issues, delays, or emergencies as they arise.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and building code requirements.
Report on project progress and budget to clients.
Clearly explain contracts and technical matters to team members.
Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and work schedules.
Oversee the entire construction process for successful project completion.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a project manager (preferably in construction).
Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices.
Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
Familiarity with safety practices, OSHA regulations, and local building codes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel up to 50% for site visits.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay Details : $95,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
