Salary : $115,000 - $150,000 per year

A bit about us :

We’re a litigation-focused law practice with deep roots in transportation, insurance, and corporate defense. Our attorneys handle matters ranging from trucking accidents and FELA claims to coverage disputes, whistleblower claims, and commercial litigation. The team is made up of experienced trial lawyers who know how to get in the weeds on a case, but who also collaborate well and respect each other’s time outside the office.

Job Details

Represent clients in state and federal courts across Virginia and beyond

Handle all phases of litigation : drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial prep

Work directly with clients in the transportation, railroad, and insurance industries

Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex defense matters

Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations

Maintain responsibility for deadlines, filings, and case strategy execution

Virginia bar license required; additional licenses (NC, WV, MD, DC) a plus

2+ years of civil litigation or insurance defense experience strongly preferred
