Quality Control (QC) Inspector - Day Shift & Night Shift

We are seeking highly detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Inspectors to join our team for both day and night shifts . The QC Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet company and industry quality standards through rigorous inspections, documentation, and compliance checks.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products.
• Verify conformance with ASME, ISO, and company-specific quality standards .
• Conduct basic weld inspections under supervision of CWI , material verification, and other quality-related checks.
• Review and interpret drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications .
• Document and report non-conformities , deviations, and corrective actions.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports .
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives with QA team
• Ensure adherence to safety and company procedures .

Qualifications & Skills :

✅ Experience : Minimum 2-5 years in Quality Control, preferably in manufacturing, fabrication, or ASME-regulated environments .

✅ Education : High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in QC, welding, or manufacturing are a plus.

✅ Knowledge of Standards : Familiarity with ASME, ISO, API, or equivalent quality standards.

✅ Technical Skills : Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs, and engineering documents .

✅ Tools & Equipment : Experience using calipers, micrometers,

✅ Attention to Detail : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .

✅ Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✅ Flexibility : Willingness to work night shifts / weekends , if required.

✅ Certifications (Preferred) : AWS-CWI, ASNT Level II, or similar QA / QC certifications.
