Job Summary :

The CNA / CHHA provides clients various personal care and homemaker / companion services in accordance with their established plan of care within the clients home.

Responsibilities can include but not limited to :

Housekeeping

Meal preparation

Transportation

Companionship

Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)

Memory Care

Care coordination for clients with degenerative conditions

Communicate professionally with families and your team

Qualifications :

Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance along with clean driving record

Prior home care experience a plus

Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
