• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer service standards.

• Assist with re-merchandising as needed.
• Back stock maintenance.
• Maintain high levels of communication with sales associates, supports staff, managers, corporate personnel and customers.

• Participate in product knowledge seminars.
