What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.

- Participate in activities that enhance patient safety and quality compliance.
- Develop and document individual care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Utilize critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate patient needs.
