What You’ll Do :
- IT Technicians deliver Level 2 triage and onsite support for Systems, Network, and Telecom.
- Plan, install, and maintain personal computer systems —both new and existing.
- Collaborate with end users to assess hardware / software needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage and maintain a spare parts inventory for desktops, laptops, and endpoint peripherals.
- Install and update hardware and software across the organization.
- IT Technicians train users on equipment and software to ensure confident, efficient use.
- Work on moderately complex applications and contribute to continuous tech improvement.

Education :
Associate’s degree or technical degree in a computer-related fieldEquivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal educationExperience :
Minimum of 2 years in the IT fieldAt least 2 years in an IT Technician or equivalent roleTechnical Qualifications :
