Rehoboth is seeking an energetic person who can help grow our company, which includes developing and maintaining established account relationships with health facilities and other entities such as case managers, hospitals, discharge planners, Assisted Living Facilities, Nursing Homes, Day programs, Medical Offices, senior centers, and Community centers.
- Be able to educate and enroll Medicaid-eligible patients with in-network Managed Long Term Care providers
- Be able to establish and sustain beneficial relationships with Social Adult Day Care programs, caregivers, medical specialists that include social workers, discharge planners, and other providers that work with Medicaid Long Term Care patients.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with provider organizations and community organizations where marketing activities are conducted.
- Provide education on Managed Long Term Care features and benefits to consumers, providers, and business partners.
- Be able to provide presentations to Social Adult Day Cares, physicians' offices, and rehab facilities.
- Be able to establish and sustain beneficial relationships with Social Adult Day Care programs, caregivers, and medical specialists
- Be able to recognize and implement new marketing opportunities.
- Be able to establish and maintain good working relationships with provider organizations and community organizations where marketing activities are conducted.
Qualification :
Home care marketing or Business development experience required.(2) Two years of field experience in Home Care or MLTCKnowledge of Home Care / Medicaid eligibilityReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseAbility to effectively communicate and build relationshipsShould be detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skillsHave the ability to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervisionBe a team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and co-workersExperience :
